This is a budget hotel that offers spacious rooms and convenient location. The staff are helpful and despite the language barrier, are able to assist efficiently.
Cleanliness is good, but amenities and fixtures needed updating. Overall, still a good value for money given that's it's one of the cheaper options you'll find.
Money Saving Tips:
1. If you are coming from Wenzhou South Station, take the S1 line to Dezheng Station (3 stops), and from there, book a ride hailing service like DiDi... it will only cost you 15-20 yuan.... if you book from Wenzhou South direct to the Hotel, it can go up to 50yuan one way.
2. Bike-sharing is available in Wenzhou through Alipay, *******, or DiDi. You can bike going to Wuma Pedestrian Street and Wharf going to Jiangxin Yu Islet. It's not very far and it's a good way to have a feel of the city.

Clean and with a very good shower this was quite a good place to stay, within walking distance of many tourist sites and close to a number of bus routes. The hotel is set back in a little alley so doesn’t get traffic noise. A member of staff helped me get the aircon going.

Many places were unavailable during the Spring Festival holiday, so I had to book this one. It was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. The price/performance ratio was excellent, and the location was great, not far from Wuma Street. There was a bus stop right outside, making it convenient for travel. While the room wasn't very large, it was well-equipped, especially the beds, which were perfect for a family of three, with one large and one small. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, especially the beautiful lady at the front desk. I have to give her a thumbs up!
