The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the South train station, which was our main reason for booking it. It needs some maintenance but otherwise good for a night or two. Not a lot of food options in the area.

Good location next to the train station but not the cleanest. It smelled tobacco everywhere, breakfast is not good

Surprisingly clean, walkable distance from the train station, bed is comfortable as well and all of our requests were attended to well.

酒店太陳舊了，隔音特，差隔壁淋浴間緊靠這邊床頭，對方一打開水龍頭牆裡麪就有轟轟的水流聲，半夜三更直接把人吵醒，隔壁花灑往牆上掛的聲音都很響。房間裏有蚊子🦟，咬了好幾個疙瘩。電蚊香片包裝就是撕不開，廢了九牛二虎之力才撕開，就差用牙咬了。客房大姐小氣吧啦的，要瓶水還問續不續住？回答不續住。大姐説水沒有，這個要主管才能送，尷尬😳。要卷廁紙，給的是別的房間已經用過剩下的。早餐很一般，餐位少，幾個吃完的大爺大媽賴着不走佔著位子，新來的都沒地方坐。前台負責收拾餐具，來不及就擺在那。前台小丫頭服務挺好。（視頻錄的是隔壁洗澡的水流聲）

環境很好，衞生乾淨，住的很温馨，早上還有免費的早餐，早餐有粥、鹹菜、饅頭、炒年糕、炒米粉、雞蛋，還有一個小菜，非常不錯。

酒店位置温州西南郊，比較偏，周邊吃的玩的購物都沒有。靠近大馬路，重車開過去樓都在晃動，噪音大。設備設施太陳舊。早餐衹能説湊合，工作人員很隨意，像家庭作坊。
