優點：1）離温州汽車南站挺近 2）價格便宜 3）連住2晚 不用告訴服務員也會來打掃房間換浴巾給礦泉水
缺點：1）進酒店服務枱上台階 辦完入住出這個屋子要下台階 再進一個屋子 然後上電梯之前還要上台階 也不知道怎麼設計的
2）好像是新裝修的 但是這個地毯窗簾的配色真的是怎麼看怎麼舊 有一種裝修前舊傢俱能用就接着用的破舊感 哪哪都不想碰的感覺
3）窗户沒有紗窗 有蚊子
4）屋小 窗外距離對面樓很近 如果不一直開窗通風衞生間味道比較明顯
5）附近好像是批發衣服的早早就有人説話 被吵醒了

前台自稱剛來的男服務員態度非常不好，我們續住了3個晚上，最後一天早上7點出去了一趟，行李東西放在酒店，中午還沒到退房時間，已提前打電話告知稍等一會回來拿我們自己的行李，明明房卡已經失效了，男服務員還耍我們，讓我們上去試試，結果刷卡無法進入，跑上跑下進不去，下來問了一句，還被前台男服務員陰陽怪氣的説是手腳不乾淨的人，還要另外收我們行李費用。真是想錢想瘋了……酒店環境很差，潮濕的很，味道也大，要不然因為離我們辦事的地方近，也不會住。

這個房間説實話一般，窗户也不是能打開的那種，總之就是這個環境很壓抑，而且這個房間裏面的熱水也是一冷一熱，我也搞不懂為啥，然後這個酒店的服務也很差，裏面的服務員會不通知你就直接進去打掃衞生，然後態度也是十分差總之這個酒店就是非常不建議去，總之去了就是避雷了。
