這個酒店就是垃圾中的戰鬥機！沒想到沿海經濟發達的温州會有這種酒店！十年前的農家樂都比這好！這次是因為實在太差了，必須評價出來讓大家避坑！電梯惡臭、房間外過道門壞的、電視壞的、空調遙控壞的、窗鎖不了、被子臟的，全是蚊子！內部很久、很臟，我就洗了個澡，由於窗鎖不住、外面就是外樓梯，非常不安全！穿着衣服斷斷續續睡了5小時，早上6點就走了。看照：

房間裏面衹有一張床和一個小洗衣機。燒水壺，桌子什麼都沒有，吹風機，衣架要去前台要。馬桶也有問題。東西全部都得擺在床上，連個可以放包的地方都找不到。不知道網上好評怎麼弄的。

位置好，非常適合出行，旅行出差住吃行都很方便，灑店有點老但房間設施基本都有，每次到温州都住他家，聽説要拆遷了不知真假。
