住過最小的家庭房（跟其他你好的對比），沒有多餘的週轉空間，沙發和椅子都沒有，房間太小了。空調對大床，最後衹能把床推開避免吹頭，房間靠路邊，巨吵。糟心的選擇。每次整理東西都沒地方放。

酒店位置很好找，出門就是公交車站，去五馬街、甌江邊都方便。周圍生活氣息濃郁，吃的特別多。
酒店乾淨衞生，每天都按時打掃，晚上也很安靜。

我們是過來考試的，酒店超級好啊超級好啊！性價比超級高！床不軟不硬很舒服，空調靜音高效，電視可以投屏很方便，窗簾是智控的，燈光安排很合理，房間很乾凈，早餐很好吃，早餐真的很豐富很好吃！服務很到位，我弟弟要考試吃不到早餐還特地準備了滿滿一袋麪包和水，環境也很好，離金二中和浙師大很近，才200的標間，有這樣的服務這樣的房間這樣的早餐，真的太划算了！！！下次到這邊還住這家！睡的太好了房間都沒拍哈哈哈哈！

非常乾淨的一家賓館。入住非常滿意。店家還幫忙找停車位，特別貼心。酒店的早飯也不錯，都是日常吃的。下次有機會再來温州，還住你們家。離五馬街衹要1公里，走過去非常方便。
