No English. Spacy room. Nice breakfast. Good restaurant.

Rooms are good and spacious and great showers.

Excellent hotel with shopping mall right next to it. Clean and quiet. But staff need to be more welcoming and training. I been asked to checkout 3 times before my checkout time finished 12pm, 1pm and 2pm been asked to leave the room where my checkout was 3pm! I have been locked out of my own room for not checking out and I explained first time that my checkout is 3 pm, but they didn't care! To the point that the manager came up to my room asking me to check out. I was very unhappy with this. That's why staff need good training to learn who to speak and deal with guests also they need to be more welcoming by smiling 😃 and pay attention to guests and that's what they get paid for.

The hotel is great, very comfy and clean. However, one thing that I didn't like was why the staff allows the guests to smoke in every place of the hotel even into the elevator. The hotel is good as long as you wanna stay close to the airport but if you plan to visit the downtown and all that area is not convenient.
