There are too few varieties of breakfast, insufficient quantity, and not much left after getting up late; there are only two parent-child rooms, which are well arranged, and there is hair on the children’s sheets; there is no parking lot, but just stop at the opposite side. Overall average.

房間很乾凈很乾凈，衞生間還有化粧的放大鏡子就連一次性拖鞋都感覺質量很好，出門的時候前台還會建議往哪個方向走有好吃的。能感受到整個酒店的服務還有舒適程度都非常用心了，雖然價格便宜，但是比三百四百的酒店都要用心舒適，下次來温州還是準備住這家！！！

酒店在洞頭區，總體還可以吧，酒店是企業療休養的地方，價格還實惠的。酒店不含早餐，隔壁有早餐店，還方便的。

其他都不錯，水衞生間洗澡水也很大，但就是額外的收費讓人不是很舒服，給點意見。
我一個人住的大床房，水吧上放了兩瓶農夫兩瓶冰露，旁邊是價目表，寫的百歲山八塊，接下來都是些零食撲克啥的，我還特地看了眼，以為是要打電話給前台點單才會送上來消費，結果退房的時候扣了十塊錢，説兩瓶農夫收費，一瓶五塊，都驚呆了我還反覆確認，前台説在價目表下面用原子筆寫了小字，有點無語，其實酒店旁邊就有小賣部，要是知道農夫三拳一瓶賣我五塊我是絕對不會動的，倒不是付不起這十塊錢，但就是感覺被坑了，前台也説因為礦泉水和客人發生很多次收費的糾紛，我也懶得再回房間看他到底有沒有寫這麼行字，但既然知道會有糾紛為什麼不改正呢，要麼別放，要麼就字寫的明顯點，非要賺新客這幾塊錢嘛？
同價位同品質的酒店洞頭區還挺多的，可以再看看。
