Wenzhou Longwan District Hotels

A wonderful experience. The 2 female staff members on the evening of 17 July were amazing. I called them from the trip app. They spoke English , added my WeChat and solved all my problems. I was stressed out because I was travelling alone with 2 kids and my flight was delayed repeatedly. The ensured a smooth free pick up service , so personalised. Beautiful picture frames in hotel , They gave me friendly check in. A beautiful comfortable room . Everything was so smooth , good , clean. One of the best services in Wenzhou. I’ll stay again!

I think its one of the best hotel in Wenzhou ( near the airport ) great location for meeting with the suppliers in Longgang area, have great restaurant for Western food.

I travelled at the start of the Spring Festival so I stayed in this hotel to have a peace of mind of not being late since it is so close to the airport and they also provide a shuttle service... But if you have many luggages be prepared to carry it on your own because the driver won't help you lol. It is also surprising that it's quiet despite it's vicinity within the airport.

Unfortunately the sheets on my bed were dirty, also the staff did not speak english and they overcharge a deposit without any explanation, luckily Ctrip customer service helped me understand what was going on, otherwise the hotel is fine.

The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, and good coffee was available. The hotel enjoys a convenient yet quiet location. A huge bonus is the complimentary access to the gym and swimming pool at the adjacent hotel, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Overall: is a 10/10 a front desk guy and a doorman were so nice, we got our room upgraded to the executive on the 12th floor! comes with our own huge balcony! Which is perfect for a smoker. Thank you!🥰 - Location was good: they were hotpot buffet, convenience store, kfc, noodles, candy shop etc nearby, 10-15 mins walk to Wanda plaza (shopping mall) and 10 mins drive to Longwan airport - Cleanliness was nice, the cleaning lady keep asking if we wanted them to and they keep bring fruits to our room everyday haha (it was cute) - They have a beautiful outdoor water garden on the 3rd floor if I’m not wrong (breakfast floor) so don’t forget to take a look! - Ps: They also have the laundry room ( I love how organized it was) and they gym was cute, good for a small workout

We were on transit so we were just staying for one night and the hotel provided a pick up and drop off service which was great. But I have to say the facilities were a bit outdated and the hotel feeling was a bit soulless. The breakfast was ok, we arrived late and the lady still helped us to get some warm noodles.

Overall condition of room were acceptable. Bed sheet were clean or at least visible clean. Staff were friendly however need to be ‘coerced’ to carry requests. Had to insist housekeeping check our room so that deposit can be return before we left the hotel. Check in staffs did not explain that free transportation from hotel to airport were hotel’s bus fixed timing, leading to misunderstandings that transportation can be arranged on ad hoc basis.

The room is clean and sanitary, and the service attitude is very satisfactory. It is my first choice for business trips. It is very cost-effective.

The hotel is nestled in the old street right in front of the temple, boasting a wonderful ambiance. The front desk provides complimentary popsicles, bottled water, and small snacks. Downstairs, you'll find a bustling pedestrian old street with an abundance of delicious food options. The view from the window is also quite pleasant. To top it off, we even received a small black tea gift upon check-out. It was a very satisfying stay.
