Hotels in Times Square Business District, Wenzhou

Very good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Location wise it is great. Near many great smaller shops and stalls and of course the famous Wuma street. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Very clean and always fully stocked with drinks and goodies. We were in a rush so didn’t get to try out all the food that were included in the stay. Three meals a day included in the stay was a great deal. They had a broad selection of food. The hotel lobby was always fully stocked with snacks that were complementary. Great for hungry little kids. The outside of the hotel might look old, but don’t let that fool you. Inside it looked brand new. The rooms were equipped with every thing one needs when on vacation. No need to bring toothbrushes or razors to this hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. The only downside is the gym and parking. If you are a training nut, you really can’t call the gym a gym. No weights. There is also no free parking. Other then that, the hotel was great. Great location, great staff, great rooms and all food and drinks were included. I would highly recommend to stay here. We had 2 rooms since we have older children.

In my opinion, the Sheraton probably boasts the best location in Wenzhou city center. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Wenzhou North Station – you can hop directly onto the elevated highway and be there in just 10-15 minutes! The rooms were spotless, the mattresses super comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided power strips by the bed. The attention to detail in the room setup truly reflected five-star management and training! Breakfast was a highlight too! We were pleasantly surprised by the Wenzhou glutinous rice, and the fish ball soup was delicious – a great way to try local specialties. The staff's service attitude was professional and excellent across the board! We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to an executive floor room. Here's a photo of the beautiful view from our window!

The people and very very helpful Place, the staff, and loaction.... everything is good, but It is hard to find muslim Halal food nearby....

When searching for Wenzhou hotels on Ctrip, I fell in love with ”楽酒店” at first sight and quickly saved it in my favorites. Then I carefully read the comments and pictures and videos of the hosts and guests. From love at first sight to love over time, after looking around the hotels, I finally felt that I couldn't miss ”楽酒店”. When I arrived in Wenzhou, I encountered a sudden rainstorm. Two housekeepers greeted me at the intersection with umbrellas. The service spirit made the guests feel at home. The hotel design of the Japanese B&B is located under the big tree by the lake, which nourishes and relaxes people who are used to fighting in the concrete jungle. The Taoqing restaurant of the hotel also has both beauty and strength. In short, I will come again.

Everyone commented that the breakfast in this hotel was good, but the actual experience was not as good as the comments. From the same star hotel in Linhai to Wenzhou, the quality and taste of the small pastries were slightly worse than the previous hotel. The other dishes were quite satisfactory. Looking back, I didn't have much impression. I only remember that the so-called ”Cantonese breakfast” was too sweet, and the fruit was okay. The room was separated into dry and wet areas, but the space was too small and too cramped. People with claustrophobia should choose carefully. The washbasin did not have a makeup mirror that star hotels usually have, which was a pity.

There are two disadvantages: there is no parking lot of its own, the parking lot in front of the door is very small and charges are required. The rooms near the road are a bit noisy, which will affect people with poor sleep. The price-performance ratio is still good.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. The price was very reasonable, especially considering all the amenities provided. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was big and super comfortable, and the bathroom was fully equipped with all the essentials. Snacks were readily available for kids, making it so convenient for families. They also provide complimentary coffee in the lobby, and water bottles are easily accessible throughout the hotel. Overall, it’s a very convenient and pleasant place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay!

The hotel has excellent location which is within 10 mins drive to many tourist attractions. There are also a few good restaurants nearby. The hotel has a grocery store on the ground floor. The room is not very big, but clean and well-equipped. The sound-proofing is quite good. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, even some local specialties.

When you come to Wenzhou for business, you will choose Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. The clean price is not too expensive and meets the standard. This Lucheng District is still the first time to stay, the location is convenient, it is not far to go, and the front desk brother is also very enthusiastic. Very good, I will choose this hotel next time I come to Wenzhou City.

The room is neat and clean, and it is convenient to travel. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. I am very satisfied. I will stay here again if necessary in the future. Recommended!
