A wonderful experience. The 2 female staff members on the evening of 17 July were amazing. I called them from the trip app. They spoke English , added my WeChat and solved all my problems. I was stressed out because I was travelling alone with 2 kids and my flight was delayed repeatedly. The ensured a smooth free pick up service , so personalised. Beautiful picture frames in hotel , They gave me friendly check in. A beautiful comfortable room . Everything was so smooth , good , clean. One of the best services in Wenzhou. I’ll stay again!

We were on transit so we were just staying for one night and the hotel provided a pick up and drop off service which was great. But I have to say the facilities were a bit outdated and the hotel feeling was a bit soulless. The breakfast was ok, we arrived late and the lady still helped us to get some warm noodles.

This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

Service: The service was excellent; the front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. Facilities: The facilities are brand new and well-maintained, making you feel completely at ease using them. Environment: The ambiance is very pleasant, with a charming, artistic vibe. Thoughtful Touch: They even offered a complimentary souvenir gift upon check-out, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Surroundings: The location is fantastic, with a bustling commercial pedestrian street right downstairs.

I came here to watch a concert and was very satisfied with the overall service. There was just a little hiccup before check-out, but it didn't bother me. However, the front desk still apologized and gave me a fan and comb. I didn't think anything of it at first, but when I arrived at the train station, It really comes in handy, the whole season is really good as always, the first choice hotel for traveling👍👍👍

I always book this hotel. It was exceptionally good during the Spring Festival. When I entered the door on the first day of the ***** New Year, there were fruits and melon seeds. The breakfast started at 6 o'clock. There was also free pick-up and drop-off. There was no price increase during the Spring Festival. It was great. The only regret was that after booking on Ctrip, I found that it was 15 cheaper if I booked on Baidu Maps. However, it was past the free cancellation point. Overall, I had a happy stay 😁

The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The hotel pick-up was timely! There are also many places to eat outside, and the location is very good! ! I am very satisfied, and it is also very convenient to send you to the airport the next day. I will choose Hendra again for my next trip

Best part of this Hotel is that it is close to Airport. Hotel is old, rooms needs renovation. English speaking staff was not there. Had to take an early morning flight so could not check the breakfast.
