"Mercure Birmingham west hotel is easy to locate, easy to check in, I and my husband loves the facilities, the pool, the gym, steam room and sauna, it was my first experience in the steaming room, the jacuzzi spa was amazing, the hotel is neat, I try to change my room but there were lot of guest, I was communicated to about it and it was clear, we love the services including the amazing breakfasts buffet 🥰🥰"

"was a great location excellent customer service but unfortunately the facilties in the room did not work
was not able to charge my phone the kettle was not working
Had to take hot water from reception no health and safety considered and when reported to manager in the morning his response was will get housekeeping to check. That did not help we had children both under 3 and needed hot water. Also when we arrived had to wait for ages as they said that we had not booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children which is riduculous. As a top the breakfast was good but some items were quite stale."
