Clean, comfortable room with friendly helpful staff on duty,

35 degrees and you can barely open the one window that opens!!! Not good if you’re bringing pets in summer! They provided fans but given the lack of air circulation it was pointless! Not a staff issue! A corporate issue! Extremely uncomfortable stay

My brother who is 84 booked the wrong hotel at the cheapest rate it was for a funeral so had to go to a different hotel and not stay with the rest of his family , I contacted the cpo but he refused to amend his booking, how can the Travelodge be so heartless, I and my family will no longer stay there despite having to go to Somerset often to sort will out and scatter my father in laws ashes, how come the prices of the hotel increase but the hospitality decreases

Excellent value for money, room and bathroom both very clean. Bed had been made up with sheets only due to the hot weather but the duvet in it's cover was available in the room. Every effort had been made to keep the room at an ambient temperature, the window was open, curtains drawn and a fan operating when I arrived.

Nice located comfortable hotel albeit a little warm but OK with open windows and supplied fan. A very nice pub only a few meters from the hotel and also a Costa Coffee very near. Staff very helpful and hotel was quiet with no disturbances.

terrible room, blood stained mattresses, a room so hot it was unbearable the the tv didn’t work and they wouldn’t move us or refund us lost all the money and we didn’t even stay cus of the places bad service

I booked two rooms and the lack of air-conditioning meant the temperatures in both rooms was ridiculous and we did not sleep very well.

Comfortable room nice bed but what made this a 5 star stay was the staff, most excellent service all the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make us and our little dog as comfortable as possible
