Hotel Jageer Palace

Our stay at this resort was extremely disappointing. I have selected on the basis of recommendations of agoda. The property is poorly maintained and nowhere near the standards of a 4-star facility as advertised. The rooms and bathrooms were unclean, with insects and flies inside, and drainage in the washroom was a major issue, causing a constant bad odor. The service was unprofessional and staff lacked basic hospitality. The overall experience was unpleasant and not worth the price. I’m sharing photos for transparency and would strongly suggest avoiding this place unless major improvements are made.

Poor service, ac not working properly, no water in washroom they are fake people. I request other people not to book room here.

It was the worst experience ever. Its a scam. First of all on make my trip 2 category of rooms are listed. I took a premium room which was 500-600rs higher than the Deluxe category. But the hotel only has one category of room. Room are in pathetic shape and dirty. And the room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned before checking in. We called for toilet rolls and some towels. Didn’t come despite following up multiple times. Next morning we asked them to clean the room when we were leaving but they hadn’t cleaned the room when we came back 6 hours later. After giving them a earful they sent someone to clean who didn’t keep complementary water bottles. When we came back at night i told them that there is no water bottles in the room. They didn’t give the complementary bottles saying that is only provided during cleaning. They failed to provide even basic amenities

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city
