There are very few places in the Caribbean that you can fully disconnect and escape the outside world. And this is now at the top of my list. The resort is beautiful, the staff was amazing. We loved the farm to table concept. Staff took time on our first day to chat with us and came up with a several meals that were off the menu. We asked to be surprised, and they didn’t disappoint. We picked the Beach Club for our stay, and loved it. You’re 15 steps to the beach bar, 25 steps to the pool and 35 steps to the beach. But you can’t go wrong with any of the resort rooms. Pick one that suits your taste. As far as the island itself, the main activities are watching sunrise & sunsets, snorkeling/scuba, drinking and eating. Make sure you check with the hotel staff regarding the island schedule, they will direct you to couple of the local spots with live music surfing the week. Highly recommend renting a car, just watch out for the crabs and chickens as you drive around. You will most likely encounter more chickens than cars on a typical day. :-) This is definitely the place to visit in the Caribbean and I wouldn’t stay at any of the other hotels on the island.

We stayed at the Farmhouse and had the whole place to ourselves. It was located in the farm and a tour of the farm was included in our stay which was great. The restaurant food comes from what is grown on the farm and was very fresh, especially the eggs at breakfast! The staff were all very friendly and responsive, restaurant staff decorated our table with balloons for dinner on the night of my birthday too. We had access to all the amenities at the hotel too including tennis court, gym, pool and the beach club a short drive down the road. Would definitely stay here again.
