Brits Hotel Puri Indah

I recently stayed at Brits Hotel and was quite satisfied with the experience. The cleanliness was good (3/5) — the room was tidy, though there’s room for improvement in certain areas. The service was excellent (5/5); the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was also a highlight (4.5/5) with a good variety and tasty options. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and food!

Excellent services, clean room and nice breakfast

I had a good experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast buffet at the rooftop was excellent. A hidden little gem.

Finally my last last night the hotel is situated close to mall but there is good room

The pillows have visible brown spots, bedsheet has pink spots which is likely lipstick from somewhere. Noise level from adjacent street is pretty high up to 2-3am in the morning. Good location - can walk to Puri Indah market (pasar puri indah) with food and convenience store.

Good location and good food. Near restaurant, mini market and traditional market. Just walking distance.

Excellent service and cleanliness, room was bright, bathroom / shower was clean and tidy.

I have had a great experience at the Brits hotel. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel room is clean and has a nice view. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is a minibar is missing in the standard room and the executive room. Also the room is not cleaned everyday and I have to ask for toilet paper as it has not been replenished. Also the room I stayed for the first few nights is a little noisy as it’s the end room and next to the aircon block. I changed to another room and it’s much better thanks to the awesome staff. I would give it 9/10.
