Upon check in, we got a room which was located on 6th floor. Inside the room, there was no bath towel and we had to (literally) beg for bath towels. The towels made to our rooms after half an hour. We also found dead cockroach inside our room. The tv show a mirror view. There are a lot of things need to be fixed in this hotel. Its a sinking ship in my opinion. Too bad, because the location is very strategic.

Love this place, but they could really use a cleaning boost and brighter lights. But hey, I got to eat warteg and there are tons of durian and other street food vendors nearby!

Been always a choice due to the location in terms of accessibility and also comfy food can be easily in reach within a distance... Hotel is old but it shows it can hold its status. Staff was as usual pleasant and assisting where possible.
