Hotels in Mangga Dua, West Jakarta

Convenient, close to Mall and ITC Mangga Dua. Room is clean and breakfast have various choices.

Firstly you need to find the “express” lift which is near happy mart on GF1. I only found it on the last day and had been using the factory lift which was very slow. Room was fantastic for the price. Clean room with comfy big bed soft pillows and strong hot shower. Great location if you are visiting Chinatown, which had plenty of food. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was disappointing. Both the safe and kettle in the room had to be changed out. The hair dryer in the toilet did not work too and I did not bother by then as I was getting frustrated. Air conditioning in the room was barely cool and the thermostat did nothing for temperature control. Hygiene was poor, the carpet felt very dirty and the silicon seals in the washroom were all covered in mould. Even the tap at the basin was obviously a badly thought replacement as it does not reach far enough into the basin. Unless you turn on the tap for larger flows, smaller flows will just trickle out of the basin at the edge.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are very clean and bright. The staff is very polite and kind, everyone is smiling. The breakfast is delicious and very varied; everyone will definitely find something to eat. The pool is very clean and large. The sauna is a bit weak, but you can ask the staff to make it hot. Overall, we were very satisfied!

I left my charger there and almost lost it because the reception said there is nothing left in my room, until the next day they suddenly called to tell they'd found it. Sometimes a little effort is much appreciated, not because you want to, but it is a bare minimum to help people who forget their belongings. It is an act of kindness as a human being.

The hotel boasts a strategic and excellent location, but the room itself was quite small, and the shower area in the bathroom was even tinier. It came with an in-room safe but no refrigerator. A water dispenser was available in the hallway for self-service refills. My room on the 5th floor was surprisingly quiet during the day, possibly due to the market downstairs, but late at night, a persistent low-frequency hum from machinery started, preventing me from sleeping a wink. I reported this to the front desk, and the staff acknowledged the problem but were unable to resolve it.

Good enough for a four star hotel but a little too aggressive on the sustainability movement. Every day I have to ask for hand towels because after housekeeping, no hand towels will be provided. It's a little annoying. But not a showstopper.

North Jakarta. Picked this one due to its location and budget. Fair value on par with the price for Jakarta. Simple, bread and butter stay. Just stay, shower, sleep, then go work. Bed was comfy, pillow was not bad, and it had a good desk for doing some work on it. Big windows, oh and a Starbucks in the lobby to boot.

Only the breakfast is really not good at all, always the same food, no noodles, always fried rice and white rice. The disk is very bad,, you can't eat it at all, as a hotel chain,they should now hoe to cook it nice? But it is not? The bed is nice to sleep. Breakfast is terrible.,

Very good service good and big room but old building no Air-condition in the lobby don’t know why they should consider to put AC in the lobby over all very good experience stuff very polite and welcoming good breakfast
