The hotel was difficult to find until I came to the trip reviews section and read other peoples experiences. It's not very well signed so was problematic. Upon finding it though I was pleasently surprised. Room was nice, clean and big. Unfortunately the TV did not work but I wasn't there much anyway, there was a nice few from rooftop garden as seen my pics

Staying at Holiday Inn Suites Jakarta was such a fantastic experience—easily one of the highlights of my trip! First off, the location is super convenient. It’s close to key areas, with easy access to public transport and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to meetings if you’re traveling for work. This was my first hotel in Jakarta and I’m so glad I booked it. The staff is so kind and accomodating, they really went above and beyond to meet my requests for an HDMI cord and room service. I got an executive room, and it was spacious, but I kind of expected it to be a little bigger for the price I paid. Their whirlpool and sauna are AMAZING and I definitely recommend anyone that’s visiting to try it. I had a lot of privacy while enjoying their amenities, but the staff made sure to give me the full experience anyway and attended to all my needs. I think there were ongoing renovations when I visited so booking via Grab was a little difficult. Booking their Main Lobby as the pinned location was way easier via Gojek— less cranky drivers that need to reroute this way.

Well located. Easy access to Jakarta Komuter Line & Transjakarta BRT. The hotel was formerly known as MaxOne. Room size, bathroom, great value considering the promo price I got thru Trip.

The hotel boasts a strategic and excellent location, but the room itself was quite small, and the shower area in the bathroom was even tinier. It came with an in-room safe but no refrigerator. A water dispenser was available in the hallway for self-service refills. My room on the 5th floor was surprisingly quiet during the day, possibly due to the market downstairs, but late at night, a persistent low-frequency hum from machinery started, preventing me from sleeping a wink. I reported this to the front desk, and the staff acknowledged the problem but were unable to resolve it.

The room is very good, the hotel manager can bring you an internal tour of the hotel, a great variety of old objects, it is worth staying here for one night on weekends, two breakfasts, afternoon tea for two people and half an hour free massage for two people, although the price is not necessarily cheap, But it's worth it.

Room was disappointing. Both the safe and kettle in the room had to be changed out. The hair dryer in the toilet did not work too and I did not bother by then as I was getting frustrated. Air conditioning in the room was barely cool and the thermostat did nothing for temperature control. Hygiene was poor, the carpet felt very dirty and the silicon seals in the washroom were all covered in mould. Even the tap at the basin was obviously a badly thought replacement as it does not reach far enough into the basin. Unless you turn on the tap for larger flows, smaller flows will just trickle out of the basin at the edge.

Only the breakfast is really not good at all, always the same food, no noodles, always fried rice and white rice. The disk is very bad,, you can't eat it at all, as a hotel chain,they should now hoe to cook it nice? But it is not? The bed is nice to sleep. Breakfast is terrible.,
