"Our plane was late and the car rental was not smooth. We arrived at the hotel very late (1-2 in the morning). The hotel actually secretly gave my twin room to others! I gave me a queen size single bed room, and said that the other rooms were full, but I obviously paid for the twin room! And the room we gave us was very musty. I had been argued with them for a long time. They finally didn't know where to "find" a double bed for me. The front desk was full of lies. The building is very old, the google score does not know how to brush such a high, lightning protection!"

"Nice place to stay just off the turnpike. We stayed overnight on our way down to the Keys. Pets allowed. We had a junior king suite on the third floor and it was very quiet, clean and nice. The free breakfast bar had the usual scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, etc. there was a nice big area with plenty of tables, so it did not seem crowded. There was a very nice coffee service with light and dark roast coffee, decaf and hot water and a person staffing it to quickly refill the vats. Would stay here again!"

"The reception staff were unsatisfactory: they asked guests for their payment cards without thoroughly checking the reservation; only later did they realize the cards had already been paid. The receptionists were rigid when handling check-in/check-out and bothered guests with inaccurate answers, wasting their time. They were unfriendly and seemed to discriminate against Asian guests, making the experience uncomfortable."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The description of the property was accurate. We stayed in one of the small casita like cottages. The entire property is set in a quiet historic residential neighborhood but very convenient to downtown WPB. The bedding was very comfortable and linens and toiletries were superior. The pool was a delightful tropical oasis. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Would highly recommend."
