Quiet escape away from the noise to enjoy the nature. The staff was very hospitable, and the accommodations were superb, with an awesome view overlooking the valley. Loved the large balcony deck with the private pool, and the large room with a really comfortable bed to lie in.

We were amazed by the view and peaceful atmosphere of this place. The stuff was so lovely and helpful. We also loved the restaurant in the reaidency that has a lot of indonesian delicious options. Close to the beach and the stuff can help you with transport everywhere. 100% recommend! :)

I had a great time staying at 7 havens! The view from the bedroom and private pool was amazing. The room and separate bathroom were spacious and clean. The driver (Sam) already informed me about the area during the 1h drive from the port to the villa. The very friendly staff was always there when I needed something. Food was amazingly good and well served, didn't have to go to another restaurant. I would definitely come back! Congrats to the owner & staff!

We stayed from 31st to 5th August and had the Heavenly Havens 2 storey apartment. We arranged for Sam their driver to pick us up from airport. What a great guy and later took us out for the day to waterfalls and rafting. He is excellent. We were greeted by the excellent Ejee, Amir and Cordelia for a welcome drink. Your breath is immediately taken away by the view. The apartment was all we needed and the view was awesome as you laid on your bed. The staff and food are excellent and they cook it to order. It’s about 15 min walk to beach but they offer a shuttle. We felt very at home here and staff were so nice and nothing too much trouble.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we just loved it. The view is simply amazing - especially the sunsets! The staff was very caring and friendly. As it is is a very small hotel the service was extremely personal. Breakfast was very good and so was dinner. They really tried to help with everything we asked for and also the free shuttle to the beaches worked out well. Also there is a scooter rental directly in the hotel. I also would recommend to go on a daytour with their kind taxidriver Syamsul. He also picked us up from the port and we did a daytour with him and he did his best in showing us the most local way of Lombok. Mr. Rizal managed the hotel and he also helped with all our belongings. The only thing is that you have to share your room with geckos ...but this is the price you pay for staying in the middle of the jungle and enjoying the absolute best view. Btw also with the geckos the staff helped. And if you are lucky you see some wild monkeys which stop by at the pool or at breakfast. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant stay!
