Property is new but still many things missing in room right from heater, slippers, tea / coffee bags. Room was big and spacious but indoor lighting were inappropately placed. No provision to lock room door from inside. U need to use the room keys to lock it from inside also no rfid locks. Food menu was very costly compared to hotel class.

Most of the things were outstanding. Hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. Views from the room were mesmerising. Room was large and well decorated.In terms of food, it was 4/5. However, room could have been cleaner and toilet should contain hand wash. Loved the place a lot. If I get the opportunity to visit Pelling again I would choose Amani again.

Well maintained property and location of the hotel is good. Early morning view of kangchenjunga is superb. All rooms in the hotel has the same view. Staff are very supportive and happy to help. Food was good and tasty. This hotel has Bar with open terrace which is cherry on top 😀. Overall great experience and recommended.

Had a pleasant stay with comfortable and cosy rooms, friendly staff, and a serene atmosphere. frequent power cuts in the area were a bit of an inconvenience, but the hotel staff did their best to manage the situation. Overall, a great experience!

Great experience, friendly staff, nice view of Mt Kangchenjunga early morning. Very nice rooms, service is also excellent.. worth to visit. They serve good breakfast and dinner, was tasty. The staff was really supportive, they gave very good service
