Premier Inn Blackpool East (M55, Jct4)

A great hotel handy for us for visiting family food was great, clean and tidy. Location was great and handy for motorway, breakfast was lovely and lived that they put the calories down on the info in the room, so I knew to have poached eggs, which were perfect. The one thing I would say is the toaster was to slow, think they need to upgrade.

Bed wasnt made on arrival, room wasn't clean marks on shower curtain toothpaste stains on bathroom floor and dirty toilet.when we asked to move we got told their was no more rooms and they would sort it no apology they did make the bed and flushed the toilet 🙄rude and unhelpful staff in the restaurant,who took our drinks away while we were ordering food and refused to let us have a meat free childrens carvery so charged full price although my daughter doesn't eat meat.Food wasnt the best either

Spent the weekend here with my boyfriend in January. Plenty of things in walking distance and all staff were so friendly and helpful and the Hotel was so clean. Tom was lovely he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, he is a credit to you.

Ive stopped here quite a few times over the last year and have to say the staff are always fantastic and very helpful. They’re always chirpy and meet you with a smile. Since they started doing the breakfast in house the quality is exceptional. The rooms are always spot on and very clean

Used this hotel as a base for football , usual premier inn standards , good base for all of the area The food is independent run by green king and is a carvery pub , they offer a cheaper breakfast than the premier inn ( who have their own dining area ) we chose the premier inn as by the time you brought all the drinks etc it’s the same price , although they do offer a few alternatives for example eggs Benedict the staff in the premier inn breakfast room worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly as it’s not that big , so the usual high quality produce keeps it well used

I booked a family room but really it's not a family room .the room was not ready .no pillow cover .dirty pillow. Beds are not set .my husband went 3 time down to reception because the key card was not working. Staff gave us excuse because too many check in today key cards are not working. I have my boys with me but sorry to stay the beds we're not good at .In breakfast tine your chef on duty was keep checking the time .your staff was kept checking on customer plates. My husband asked for fried egg n they were making face .believe I had alot stay with pereimer Inn .the standard never be that bad .I can send pictures of dirty pillow. I am very disappointed 😞 no extra pillow cover no extra bed sheet available.

We're fairly frequent visitors to this hotel as we have family and friends in the area. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms and great staff and the bar and restaurant next door is pretty good too.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large with everything you’d need. I was supposed to be travelling alone for a funeral and my partner came with me last minute, I thought check in might be a bit difficult because of this but it was absolutely no problem for the lady behind the desk and she gladly brought us another towel to the room after we’d settled in.

Last minute decision to go to Blackpool for the night. The hotel was spotless, the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us, the breakfast room was a really nice addition. Will definitely be staying again when next visiting Blackpool.
