I drop one star from my rating due to these things: - Location: Not good. Maybe some people like Westerland, but I don't. It's much, much better, nicer, classier, Kampen or Keitum. Westerland is not an upscale village/neighborhood. Is it not fancy at all. I was expecting that maybe it's why I was disappointed with the location. - Views: I am not sure if there is any room with a good view (I don't think so considering the hotel's location). But, my room has terrible views. - Sauna, Spa: Just average from what I've seen in other similar hotels/spas in Germany. - Gym: Average. Nice but too small and limited. Now the good things: - My room was very big with a nice decor. Super big bathroom which I love and super clean. The towels were another downside. Not luxury hotel towels level. - The hotel in general, the social living rooms, the corridors are super cozy and nicely decorated. - I didn't eat breakfast so can't say anything about it. - Service ok, not outstanding.

Nur ein Wochenende, aber traumhaft! Danke an den Chauffeur, der zum Flughafen kam. Danke an die Rezeption, man war sofort bestens versorgt, Kaffee und Croissant vom besten. Das Zimmer mit 55 qm sehr groß und gut aufgeteilt. Inkl. Balkon. Dusche oder Wanne - beides. Das tolle Schwimmbad genutzt, abends im Bistro. Dann noch zwei Cocktails vom grandiosen Barkeeper mit aufs Zimmer. In der Tiefgarage das Miet-E-Auto geladen (danke). Bestes Frühstück am Tisch serviert, Wünsche was man mag. Einfach große Klasse. Ein Hotel mit maximalem Charme!

Tolle Lage mitten in Westerland – zu Fuß ganz schnell am Strand und auch sonst überall. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, gemütlich und ideal für eine entspannte Auszeit auf Sylt. Alles lief reibungslos, ich hab mich richtig wohlgefühlt!

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und im Stil des Hauses eingerichtet. Frühstück gab es a la carte und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone ist perfekt. Beides ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht. Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch das Hotel noch schöner und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
