This 4 star hotel did not deserve the stars. No air conditioning (we could not sleep because it was too hot in the room, bed was not comfortable, breakfast was restricted.

Schlechter geht es nicht mehr! Wer auf sylt im keller wohnen will sollte dorthin gehen. Die Preise überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Ein paar Scheiben Käse zum Frühstück. Starke Kopfschmerzen durch das duftsystem. Das Personal derart unfreundlich. Kundenservice wird hier klein geschrieben. Überall sagen Tiere in meinem Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde von schlechten Personal gereinigt. Mir fehlten 50€.

Komfort ok. Men vi kunne have brugt en ordentlig god lænestol, da den ene dag vi valgte at blive på hotellet pga stærkt regnvejr hele dagen. Og det var ikke god at bruge sovesofa som en sofa. Og det andet mangler åben kaffeautomaten udenfor jeres tidsrum.
