J AI FAIT DEMI TOUR CAR PAS DE WIFI EN 2023 DANS UN 3 ETOILES MDR je ne peux pas en dire plus car je suis allé jusqu a la reception et pas plus loin donc rien a dire l hotel est peut etre agréable ? la pauvre dame a la reception a le culot de ne pas me faire de prix a 18 h je reve alors suis allé ailleurs

The overall hotel is old and not well-maintained. The motel part is really bad. The room is dirty and there is no Wi-Fi (in 2023 :( ). The surrounding are great but the hotel does not live up to the expectations. The breakfast is ok but not great, nothing special at all. On top of that, the staff is quite rude.

A wonderful surrounding, absolutely peaceful, wonderful staff, very friendly and guest oriented. I recommend and we come back with big pleasure. Amazing location, near Colmar. No problem with parking place. Big SPA.

Un lieu toujours aussi magique, client depuis un moment, c'est avec un énorme plaisir de retrouver tt l'équipe tj aussi chaleureuse. Un spa toujours aussi magique et reposant. Un hôtel toujours aussi raffiner, une excellente literie, un petit déjeuner qui propose largement de quoi de régaler. Un restaurant d'un raffinement rare dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pour ma femme et moi aucune raison d'allez voir ailleurs... Proche de chez nous Nous ne comprenons vraiment pas certaines critiques lu sur le site !!!! Ou alors les gens n'arrivent plus à apprécié les bonnes choses simple de la vie😜😜

Hôtel au top, calme Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, avec de l'humour et toujours souriant. Le responsable de l'hôtel est également très sympathique. Chambre propre Repas très bon Nous avons passé un super moment au spa Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un super week end Je recommande fortement cet hôtel

1 etoile, pour la chambre, nous avons pris une suite ! : pas de mini bar, pas de clim, lumières défectueuses dans la douche, aucun grand miroir, absence total d'un petit bureau et d'une chaise.. ouverture porte fenêtre défectueuse, fonctionnement de la télécommande tv aléatoire,pour le tout petit balcon extérieure : il communique entre voisins sans séparations et de plus remplie de déjections animales.., tout cela sans parler d'une moquette au sol vieillissante et d'une ouverture de porte par clé à l'ancienne ..., très déçus, si nous voulions cette prestation, pas besoin alors de payer une suite et dans un 3 étoiles !!?!! Le plus fort est que lors de notre départ, quand je m'adresse au directeur au moment de payer et partir : il n'as pas eu la descence de se lever, assis derrière son ordinateur,1,5 mètre derrière la réceptionniste, pour nous saluer, et nous entendre, hallucinant !!, juste à nous répondre de loin en prenant un air de '' cause toujours, je m'en fou de ce que tu racontes '', du style, ça j'étais pas au courant, ça c'est normal on est à la campagne, la clim c'est prévu, le mini bar je les ai faite enlever car inutile...incroyable mais vrai, nous sommes repartis, limite choqués de se retour, de se pseudo directeur, sous professionnel, qui de par son aigreur devrait alors vraiment changer de métiers. Mr ! nous sommes clients, qui vous faisons vivre, pas vos employés où vos potes !!!. À fuir.

Bon rapport qualité/prix Un accueil chaleureux Le SPA est très bien, mention spéciale pour l’accueil avec une visite etc… le jacuzzi extérieur est hors du temps, nous avons adoré Petit bémol pour la chambre standard, fait le job mais un peu vieillotte/austere

Accueil nul, à l’arrivée on nous informe que les tarifs de notre confirmation d’hôtel et petit déjeuner n’est pas le bon tarif ; pas de responsable à qui parler (en vacances à;l’étranger), pas de possibilité de communiquer avec lui, et la personne a l’accueil ,très désagréable Nous étions venus dans cet établissement de nombreuses fois avant le changement en chaîne
