For a one night stay, this place was fine. Room was clean, beds comfortable, a nice breakfast - omelettes!

One elevator didn't go down to the first floor, laundry room didn't have a working washing machine. I said unsafe because in the case i would need to scape from the building and i was in the elevator i would have to get out of the elevator in a lower or higher level and search for the stairs to be able to go out of the building.

I didn’t like how one elevator doesn’t go down to the lobby and then the other one doesn’t reach the 4th floor. Then when I tried to access the exit on the left side went down the stair well it’s locked from inside out and you need an actual elevator key which I then had to go back upstairs to go through the opposite side. no ice in ice machines and definitely molded. I will not be returning

We have stayed here 3 Christmas nights as we visit family in Connecticut. It is an average hotel - good for sleeping over. Breakfast is included - nothing elaborate: continental items, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea. Ice machine not working. One elevator not working.

One of the elevators did not go to the lobby, but no one told us. The ice machine in the lobby did not work, again no sign, no one told us.

You get what you pay for. As you walk in the smell in the lobby is horrible, which made me think it was going to be an awful stay. However, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and kind. The location is accessible to many stores etc. Bad but not that bad.

My room was clean. Things in my room were functioning as intended. The breakfast was good but could stand for a few more tables & chairs in the breakfast area as you either had to eat standing or eat outside the breakfast area. Nevertheless, I had a good experience and thought that it presented me with a good value. Would recommend staying there.

Great location, decent rooms, and a super helpful front desk staff (Guy). All good but elevator would definitely appreciate more TLC.
