Came again! Poor team very stretched. Young man Eren - running different departments and saw him quite a few times in my 3 night stay. Hats off to the guy. Very friendly and loves a little chin wag if he has the time to check we had a good day. Hotel definitely needs a touch up. Looking forward to when I visit with the new refurb!!

A clean, comfortable and quiet twin room in an excellent location for exploring Weymouth and surroundings, made for a lovely one night stay. A quick check in and a friendly welcome was so different from our previous experience at the other Weymouth Premier Inn last year. A large Sainsbury’s across the road was very convenient too. We did not try the restaurant ( it looked deserted ) but would do another time as reviews seem good. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy comfortable beds. The restaurant and food was very good and it was extra special to be greeted with a smile from the waitress Katie.. it made it more homely. This place here is like our second home. It was easy to find with Sainsbury's across the road 5 minutes walk to McDonald's and other shops.

Significantly nicer than Premier Inn Weymouth Seafront. Polite and friendly staff who were welcoming throughout the stay. Great location for a bus into town, local supermarkets and a country park. Free parking if you register your vehicle upon arrival. Pub next door looks to be closed but there are alternatives nearby apparently. Booked a premier plus room which was quiet and has a few little additions over a standard room which makes the stay more pleasant. Few stains on carpets throughout the hotel but they look like bleach as opposed to anything offensive.

Stayed for 2 nights, terrible service in the restaurant arrived at 7pm , was not served until 8.15 then starter arrived at 9.10pm, the room was unbearably hot, you can not open the window, stained carpet, wires hanging from the curtains, dust everywhere, unfinished painting around towel rail, which I noticed a guest had mentioned this last year, on complaining was told we could have free breakfast for out stay, yet the 2nd day we had to pay, when this was emailed to manager Paul, it was dismissed and no refund offered, shoddy service and customer care.

Warm, polite and friendly service. Lovely well cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed with a clean room. Really not far from town a great bus service nearby. Quiet setting. Carparking space. Easy to find. Lovely decorations on the wall! Thank you for a relaxing weekend.

Excellent food, excellent service, very friendly can’t fault it at all. Katie and Laura was very polite kind and helpful, they both deserve recognition, food was cooked to perfection, plenty of variety, even though the restaurant was under refurbishment.

The staff in the restaurant were brilliant: Katie, Gemma and Tim. They were great with my partner's allergy requirements. The breakfast was great. We always have a good stay in Premier Inn and the breakfast sets you up nicely for the rest of the day.
