We checked out a day early as our stay was far from pleasant. On the very first day, we raised a complaint with reception due to the excessive noise from the room above us. It felt as though a herd of rhinos were stampeding overhead, and we were physically shaken in our beds by the disturbance. We politely asked that the guests above be made aware and encouraged to be more considerate. Unfortunately, at the crack of dawn on day 2, we were once again rudely awoken by the same issue. Upon reporting this on our departure, we were informed that nothing could be done unless we had walked down to reception at the exact time the disturbance occurred which would have meant getting up, dressed, and traipsing to reception at 5:30am. Frankly, this response only added to our frustration. In addition, we found the pillows to be thin and lumpy, the toilet was in an unsanitary condition upon arrival, and despite having booked for three people, we were provided with insufficient towels, mugs, and no teaspoons. The experience was extremely disappointing. Although we did not arrive home until midnight, we felt it preferable to cut our holiday a day short and make the long drive home rather than endure another night of disrupted sleep. Penelope Mullett

All as expected good quality throughout and well presented. Staff explained all about breakfast. We returned for a breakfast next day and were amazed at the bad attitude of the female in charge? Who snapped "only 15 minutes left". However returned next day with family and dogs for breakfast but manager (male this time)could not have been more helpful despite certain salad items not delivered that morning he apologised but was most helpful.

Room 16 was horrendous the carpet was tired and the shower started and stopped each time You used it which is simply unacceptable plus the bathroom door's bottom edge was breaking away with bits on the floor every time You opened or closed the door. Oh and as for the good night sleep guarantee - the crappy Air conditioning kept Us awake all night We had to sleep in extreme heat oh and to cap it all extensive cobwebs on the curtains the room had barely been cleaned. Finally the pillows were not the usual Premier Inn high standards this was an awful experience I expect to be contacted by guest relations for an explanation. This is THE WORST Premier Inn in the whole of the UK and I've stayed in over 75 different ones please do NOT stay at this one.

The room was wonderful! Full on air conditioning which was much needed in this heat. The bed was two single beds pushed together, again brilliant, so much more room, couldn't even reach hubby to kick him when he was snoring. The only let down is the wi fi, its dire. Premier Inn is becoming very expensive for what it is. Since covid there is no daily room clean unless you ask for it each day, so its a glorified b&b, with that said, Lodmoor will always be my favourite Premier Inn. The sea is within walking distance, and if your okay with a ten minute walk, you can walk into the main town. Free car parking on site, brilliant.

A good night's sleep, but dirty bathroom, especially the toilet, plus the carpet under the bed had not been hoovered, very dusty; usually a trundle bed under the bed - this wasn't there this time, so a large visible void under the bed which was plain to see that the carpet had not been hoovered properly for some time - asked to change rooms, but told that no other rooms were available. Breakfast on our 2 night stay had too many of the usual food items not available.

Just returned from this trip, there is no lift at this hotel, which we knew about and didn't bother us, room, a premier plus, was clean and a nice room, however the check in process was a car crash, arrived at 5pm along with the tail end of a coach party of 80 Ukranian soldiers, had to stand in a very hot sweaty small reception area along with of them, whilst they checked in, the receptionist had a fan directed at her, one beside her which could have been directed to the customers was turned off. No apology from her for the delay. We booked the meal deal, located in the Brewers Fayre next door. Breakfast was ok, however evening meal was a disaster, food was ok when it eventually arrived, but the service was atrocious, orders missed, a long wait on food, no apology, plates left uncleared for at least 30 mins , so 2nd course delayed too. Total lack of staff because all they were interested in was the soldiers, who we as tax payers, were funding. Very disappointed, lucky the weather was perfect, Weymouth lovely, find somewhere else to stay.

A very nice experience. Our room was very clean on arrival and everything was given to us that was needed, staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast at Brewers Fayre was nice and an easy distance from hotel as well as local attractions such as sea life and sand world. Parking was good and easy too as you validate your parking using a tablet. Only downsides were that the sink plug was stuck so had to wash hands with the bath tap, and also that there is no lift. The walk to town can be lengthy but bus stops outside hotel definitely help. Other than that, a very lovely stay not far from the beach, would stay again! :)
