I would have loved to rate at 5, but for a few issues. The good points first. The B&B is ideally situated directly from the beach, a short walk to the local shops and harbour. Breakfast was very good and had a large enough choice to satisfy anyone. We were placed on the top floor, and my wife is disabled when l mentioned this, I was told no lower rooms were available. So she was left to struggle to the 5th floor each day. Our room was in the roof line with the line of the roof cutting across one side of the bed, reducing head room to the point we had to stoop to access one side of the bed. The B&B has no parking. Luckily, we got a space in the council car park to the rear of the B&B but had to feed the ticket machine £6 every morning, even with a blue badge. The parking was so bad that we were too scared to move the car as there was no guarantee that we would get a space on our return, which limited what we could do. The decor was very tired and needed TLC. All in all, it's not disable, friendly, and no parking.
