Stayed for three nights when going to Assen Moto GP and the first thing that we noticed was the town is really nice and the hotel is perfectly located for all the local shops. The room was a great size, with a big double bed, excellent shower. We did eat at the hotel the food was excellent, service was great and also the football was shown in a separate bar which just the icing on the cake.

Heel gastvrij ontvangen en heerlijk gegeten. Iedereen in de bediening was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast is de Westerburcht ook maatschappelijk zeer betrokken, wat is te lezen op het etiket aan de waterflessen op tafel (zie foto).

Tijdens mijn recente verblijf in Abdij de Westerburcht in Westerbork, Drenthe, werd ik verwelkomd in een sfeervol hotel met unieke themakamers. Het bekroonde terras bood een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, en de naastgelegen wellnessfaciliteiten zorgden voor een ultieme ontspanningservaring.

We zijn hier wezen lunchen ivm de verjaardagen van onze oma's. We kregen een erg leuk verjaardagskaartje bij binnenkomst en vuurwerk in de slagroom als afsluiter. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en spontaan en zorgde ervoor dat we niets te kort kwamen. Er was veel keuze in luxe losse thee en het eten was heerlijk. We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Er hangt een fijne sfeer in het restaurant. Je kan er goed eten, medewerkers denken met je mee op gebied van allergenen en intoleranties. De glutenvrij muffin met kersen bij de koffie is mijn favoriet. Er is ook een gratis ruime parkeerplaats naast het restaurant.

Fijne ervaring zowel voor hotel als restaurant. Mogelijkheden voor online in en uitchecken. Koffie en thee op de kamer en zelfs nachttimerverlichting onder het bed voor als je s nachts naar toilet moet. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie en ook fijne sfeer in het restaurant. Ook nog meerdere dingen bij te boeken bij langer verblijf. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het is een heerlijk hotel. Wij zijn hier voor de t****e keer geweest. Met zeer vriendelijk en deskundig personeel. Leuke kamers die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Het diner was heerlijk. Het ontbijtbuffet ook. Fijne bedden. Kortom een aanrader.
