The sofa in the lounge opens to provide a third bed if required.A heatpump/air conditioner keeps the cottage toasty warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a short walk to the lovely Manly Beach that you can see from your deck. We are located close to shops, cafes and restaurants, golf courses and there is a bus stop at the top of the drive. Relax at our tranquil getaway . Sit on the deck with a cuppa or a wine and soak in the lovely sea view and tuis in the surrounding trees.The spaceYou have your own private lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette . The kitchenette has bench top oven with two elements, microwave, electric jug, toaster, coffee maker and all crockery cutlery to make your stay comfortable. It has a lovely deck area with a small table and chairs outside.The lounge has TV and a comfortable lounge suite for you to relax. The bedroom is a spacious area with lovely comfortable queen size bed, cane 2 seater couch, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk for laptop if required . This Gulf Harbour property is the perfect home away from home. With views out over Gulf Harbour Country Club Lake.The Country Club is closed down. So there is access from our garden for walks there. The closest golf course is Whangaparaoa Golf Club...only about 5 mins drive, 10 if you use the bus. Take your pick of the peninsula's 14 beautiful beaches. Our favorite beach is tiny but beautiful with crystal clear water.
