Love staying at the Rocky Mountain Lodge. Room was exception, staff was pleasant as always. They had main improvements to the games room and around the pool since we last stayed. We will be back, thank you!

I stay around this area all the time and loved the best western! Great location that’s incredibly close to dt and even has a shuttle service available. Would highly recommend!

Overall my stay was OK, it was great that the pool was working this visit. The only big let down was the shuttle service, as this was not always running (primarily on a Sunday and Monday). That being said, in the hotel’s defence, they did offer to refund Uber trips if provided with a receipt.

Debra from the Smokies This hotel is beautiful! Staff was awesome. So clean. Room was spotless. One of the best breakfasts i have seen and we travel frequently. Top of the line in every way!
