It’s a 2 star hotel , so no prior expectations and it matched that. It’s in the city centre so easy access to everything, room was good, stains on bedding as noted by other reviews. I had to request a cleaning as there was no instruction on check in that there should have been a knob hanger to request it ( which my room did not have) as I was travelling for work this suited my needs, and was affordable.

I didn’t need anything fancy, as I was just staying for one night during travel. The floors were dirty and my socks turned black. The towels and shower mat had brown stains. There was no middle sheet on the bed and I wasn’t sure how clean the top layers of the bedding were. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk for help even though I rang the bell twice. There was somebody there, but they continued to do other work in the back room as I waited. Finally got help as another employee walked by. However, they are pet-friendly and conveniently located near many great restaurants that are walking distance.

Room was fine. Bedding had a stain and the fridge was not clean. The blanket felt like a thin ***** of memory foam. But the staff were very nice

It was an OK place to spend the night in Whitehorse. Friendly staff, clean room so I would stay here again. The room is in need of an update.

Lot of street noise from vehicles and homeless people
Shower valve outdated, not pressure temperature balance , could be a safety hazard.

The property didn't have working lamps,this made it dark in our room. There were electrical cords going every connecting to what under the furniture? Dirty carpeted rooms.

Front staff is amazing. Rooms are quite clean and comfortable. I had housing issues and needed to stay for longer than I had intended but they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. There are other hotels in the area that only see $$$ signs not the person. Here, they see the person.
