No good smell in the room. I spent only one night there with my colleagues.
Ok for a business hotel but the cleanliness has to be improved.

Louise has an exceptional personality at the front desk. Third of the maintenance people and all the staff involved. I don’t remember the overnight front desk person; however, she was delightful also.

The front desk people were very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast lady was very nice and my breakfast was very good.
It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. There was no dead bolt on our door. We had to lift up on the handle to be able to open the door. There wasn’t enough lighting. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly; had to throw out over $20 worth of food. The television was way too small and the viewing options were slim pickings.

Front desk Rep did not greet us when we arrived, nor pointed us to the elevator; When we checked out, Rep did not greet us!nor ask how was our stay; finally the mattress was way too soft…felt like we were sleeping on a water bed…had a horrible night.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean.. but the shower had mold on the curtain, other peoples hair and the way you change to use the shower heads was a fail and barely any water came out. For the price you should definitely have nicer bathrooms and no mold.
