This hotel is located in a dead end street, right next to the dunes. If you have a room on the 4th floor, you have a view over the dunes to the sea, which is highly recommended. The hotel itself is very noisy and in parts is simply built. The service varies greatly and depends on the staff and their mood. All in all, we had carefree days in Wijk aan Zee and would prefer a different place next time.

This hotel has recently been renovated. Looks neat in the rooms. I haven't tried everything yet because something bothers me... They have completely missed the mark when it comes to sound insulation. A noisy result, you hear room service coming down the corridor, doors slamming and you understand every word of what is said in the corridor and the rooms around you. We were also unlucky to have noisy neighbors. Perhaps a better stay with 'social' neighbors... We will not come back to 'test' it. Love privacy and peace.

With my previous experiences of high teas, the Fletcher Hotels offer for the Mother's Day High tea came at the right time. I went with a friend yesterday and we had high expectations beforehand. In retrospect, I can only recommend to everyone: do not go here for a high tea. What a mockery! Not only was there little attention for our table, we also received no explanation at the beginning about the rounds to come. Or explain what was on our plate. In addition, we didn't get any etageres with snacks from which to choose, no, we were served two sandwiches, also with ham (ham with a high tea???) and then a plate with sweets. Sandwiches, scones, wraps... basically all the classic elements were missing. It was fun with the company, but will you ever book here again? No. Don't come here for a good high tea.

Dirty mess. Overpriced. What a disappointment this hotel was. Dirty, overpriced and rude restaurant staff. We paid 214 euros for half board. In our room it looked like a motorway toilet because of the urine smell. The bathroom was shabby dated and had been urinated on by a previous guest and not cleaned properly. The bed stank of mould. A large number of guests have dogs in their rooms, while rooms are cleaned so poorly that my allergy immediately started. Dinner was a huge disappointment. 40 euros pp supplement for half board is enough for a good meal. But they ***** the half board menu to six beach bar dishes. Satay fries, hamburger, Fish & chips. That work. Nothing wrong with it, but worth 17 euros at most. You can forget the fish dish and steak. Dessert was a dame blanche of cheap, watery tasting and almost crystallised ice cream with an excessive dollop of whipped cream. But that service… In a half-empty restaurant half an hour before they took the order. We skipped coffee and digestive because no one else came. They were chatting at the bar. The treatment of a friendly Indian guest was scandalous because he asked if the dishes could be prepared a bit spicier. In response he got a blunt and derogatory response that the chef is ‘busy’ and ‘doesn’t feel like’ taking individual wishes into account. Brilliant treatment of Indians when you run a ‘hospitality’ company that is located next to Tata Steel.

Dit verblijf gereserveerd via Bongo we werden vriendelijk onthaald aan de receptie en konden via de lift achteraan ons verplaatsen naar de 2de verdieping de kamers zien er mooi en modern uit en zijn voorzien van een mooie badkamer met toilet en douche, het hotel is rustig gelegen dicht bij het strand met twee strandbars, we hadden onze fietsen mee en voor deze was een overdekte standplaats voorzien, zeer handig is de afgesloten betalende parking aan het hotel het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende, we hebben ook gegeten in het hotel er is voor ieders wat wils en het we vonden het heel lekker, er is ook een bar en een mooi terras, het hotel en de kamer was zeer proper en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk, wat ik zou toevoegen is een airco op de kamer, een laadpunt in de fietsenstalling en vers fruitsap bij het ontbijt, over dit verblijf waren we zeer tevreden en we komen graag terug naar dit hotel.

Dikke complimenten aan house keeping. Hotel aan het strand en geen zandkorrel terug te vinden in de kamer. Superschoon, geen watervlekken op het sanitair, alles strak en netjes. Dit is vakwerk, ontzettend knap! Kamer is prima en vooral de ligging natuurlijk bijzonder.
