Our 1st floor charming 3-bedroom, newly renovated 2-bedroom side cottage, 2nd floor 2-bedroom Sea Breeze Bay and 2nd floor 2-bedroom Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch. You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.We rent Saturday to Saturday from July 4 to August 29. For Barefoot concert weekend there is a 4-night minimum and Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend we have a 3-night minimum. Rest of the year 2-night minimums.All the apartments have been renovated in the last 7 years. New kitchens and baths, central air and washer and dryer etc. Ocean serenade and Sea Breeze bay have a beautiful porch with rocking chairs and a table for your breakfast lunch or happy hour. You each get you own side of the porch which has ocean views and a nice breeze.We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night. New for this year is our enclosed outdoor shower.We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place.
