The room was poorly soundproofed and I was woken up in the middle of the night by guests with small children upstairs until 2:40 am. The dining environment is worrisome. The only thing that made this hotel comfortable was Ricky at the front desk, who helped me get my deposit returned in a timely manner.

The hotel is located in Willis, a famous town in the west along the 66th road. It is an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon South Rim Visitor Center, and an hour and a half drive from the desert viewer. It is 130 miles away from Vegas. The service is good and the front desk is very friendly. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room, complete with tea and water, the refrigerator is very noisy and deafening, but it can be turned off, and you can hear the TV in other rooms. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, pork sausage, bread and cakes, juice, cereal, milk and coffee. The hygiene is good. I booked a standard room for 85 knives including tax.

The blackout shade didn't cover the window enough, but breakfast was great. The property and room were very clean.
