Days Inn by Wyndham Williamsburg Historic Area

The ceiling of the bathroom was LITERALLY caving in. Dirty-used washcloth on the shower rod- mold in the shower. Hair in the sheets- washed, but hair was still there. The people above us yelled all night- well, til 4am. No one cared. Completely foul place. we went out for breakfast- wouldn’t eat anything if the cleanliness of the room was any indication of how they kept food.

The hotel was very nice also had a nice continental breakfast.The restaurants in the area are phenomenal. Jeffrey and james thights before night ashtips of driving

Property was nice from the outside but the pools and hot tub were dirty. Didn’t want to swim or relax in them.

Didn't like anything, the hotel was lacking in every area. The one reason I chose here was for the breakfast and that was below par. The room was not cleaned well, the bathroom was old, the AC vent was covered in dust, the TV was from 2006. This place needs to be severely renovated.

Let alone the room condition, I didn't feel check in welcomed. One lady looked emotionally a bit not ok with me, based on the way she spoke (like a bit yelling ??) and responded (like teaching...). why? I have no idea. The toilet was not clean with small pieces of black things on the surface of the bowl, so my wife cleaned it. TV wasn't ready, so the lady came and fixed it; That is ok. The shower curtain rod is a lit loose which made the shower curtain not properly in the right position; so, the water from the shower head was going everywhere during the shower. Water from the water tab doesn't run good enough; may be something clogged and need plumbing maintenance ?? There was no a coffee maker in the room, differently from what is described in the email from Travelocity. The room seems need lots of TLC, and frankly I worried if they charge extra for something in the room already not working properly, because they keep my bank card info for any damage. We just slept early and left the hotel early after breakfast. The experience wasn't like what I expected from the Travelocity website, to be honest. I hope they become more friendly and warm welcome guests in the future and make room ready as completely as possible.

Severely outdated and run down Booked for a military softball tournament, while it suited the purpose to lay our heads, overall was very very outdated, holes in the walls, walls had significant damage and marks all over, mold and mildew all in the bathroom ceiling, bathtub was dirty and grungy and didn’t drain properly (had to hold the broken latch to drain). No microwave or refrigerator, breakfast options were bare. Hotel hallways were extremely hot and the ac unit within the room ran constantly with a struggle to keep the room cool.
