For a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent.

A location worthy of Germany with nice staff and a restaurant ready for instagram photos. The town is like as to welcome tourists. If you stay at this hotel, don't worry about parking because the hotel has numerous spots including parking for charging electric cars.

Das große Alm Loft eignet sich gut für ein Familientreffen. Besonders der große Essbereich ist toll. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Hier und da könnte es sauberer sein. Über kleinere Mängel kann man mal drüber hinwegsehen. Die zentrale Lage hat Vor- und Nachteile. Nachts hört man die Leute draußen feiern. Der Wellnessbereich im Hotel kann mitbenutzt werden, das ist top. Direkt unten im Haus ist die Dorf Alm, hier wurden wir als Hausgäste sehr gut bedient und haben gut gegessen.

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel hat Charme. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig und das Mittags-und Abendbuffet ist ansprechend und die Speisen sind warm. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad ist tiptop. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße ist das Hotel ruhig. Die Kellerbar ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Zentral, gelegen kann man viele Ausflüge und Aktivitäten machen. Bowlen, 3D-Minigolf, Dorfalm und Brauhaus liegen fußläufig günstig. Die Tagungsräume sind top und mit allem ausgestattet.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit Ferienwohnungen in Top-Lage, zentral im Ort gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich, den meine Frau und ich abwechselnd genutzt haben, weil wir unseren Hund dabei hatten, ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Da wir eine FEWO gebucht hatten und Selbstverpfleger waren, können wir zur Gastronomie nichts sagen.

ein super geführtes Hotel mit erstklassiger Küche und hohem niveau. Freundlich sauber hilfsbereit und kompetent. Ein Jahreswechsel ohne Knallerei dafür mit einer tollen Lasershow hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Das habe ich bereits ausführlich beschrieben, Hotelzimmer in der Dorfalm sind alter Standard, Teppichboden wurde wohl noch nie ausreichend gereinigt, die Geschäftsführerin neigt dazu den Gästen den wohl verdienten - teuer bezahlt Urlaub - komplett zu vermiesen.
