Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Mentor/ Willoughby

First... What I DID NOT like. My room's door-latch was extremely difficult to work. The electronic key-card was fine, But the latch itself required multiple - 8-10 - vigorous attempts to get it to open. On one occasion, around 11:00 PM, The night manager had to come and open the door. - He also had similar struggles. -- I was in town for a family event... Twice, returning to my room late, this definately put a damper on things. Otherwise... The room was clean, bed comfortable. While I did not need them there were extra amenities such as in-room-safe for valuables, microwave, small fridge, ironing board and iron, hair dryer. - These were nice

It was a nice stay It was a nice stay. The room was clean. I stayed in a bottom floor king room which was nice and convenient. The only issue I had was the shower curtain was very dirty which isn't a huge deal for me. Everything else was clean. It was a comfortable stay for the price it was. The heater worked like no other. It got very hot in the room so I switched to A.C and that worked very well too. I would stay here again. I did enjoy my stay very much. I appreciate the housekeeping lady. She was very nice during checkout. I am also in housekeeping so I know how much of a struggle it could be. Thank you so much housekeeping staff and Dee for the nice room.

It was okay, nothing great, but was okay. Accessibility room has bar for shower and bathtub but if you can not stand to shower or pull yourself up from tiling the bar was useless.
