Escape to the ultimate getaway at our new luxury lake view home located in a gated community. With a common area next to a private dock and boat slip, you'll have easy access to the lake and all it has to offer. The property is conveniently located just 1-2 miles from town, whether you prefer to travel by land or water. You have the option to rent one side of the 3200 sq ft unit or both (each rented separately, this listing includes one unit).
✨ Luxurious Living:
Our spacious home features two master bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. The large 3rd-floor open loft adds additional sleeping space and a cozy lounge area. There are also two half baths and a wet bar/living space downstairs. Stay entertained with seven flat screen Roku TVs throughout the home, including one in the living room, bedrooms, and even bathrooms.
🏡 Outdoor Oasis:
Enjoy the beautiful outdoors with a private yard, outdoor seating, and a patio area with plenty of comfortable seating and a firepit. Take advantage of the lake access and the shared dock with an assigned boat slip.

The home features a variety of sleeping options, including a king bed and crib in Bedroom 1, a king bed and twin bed in Bedroom 2, and two queen beds, plus two XL twin beds on adjustable bases in Bedroom 3.

Please note that there is a maximum of two dogs allowed, weighing under 25 lbs each. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must not be allowed on beds and linens, must be crated if unattended, and must be leashed outside the property. Please pick up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste in a tied bag inside the outdoor garbage bin. Failure to disclose and pay for non-refundable pet fee will results in a fine of $350 plus damages.

1. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
2. No smoking is allowed inside the house or on the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture and beds.
4. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior approval from the host. If you would like to host a party or event, please contact the host to discuss and obtain approval. All parties and events must adhere to the house rules and policies, as well as any additional guidelines provided by the host.
5. Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels low during this time to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guests must be approved by the owner in advance. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Please treat the home and its amenities with care. Any damages or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
8. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay. Dispose of trash properly, clean up after yourself, and follow any additional guidelines provided by the host.
9. Please adhere to all local laws and regulations during your stay. Observe all community rules and regulations as well.
10. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being. *If the golf cart is available and you choose to rent it at an additional cost, it is understood that ONLY a licensed driver may operate it under extreme caution, using the parking break and not to exceed 5 mph. You also agree to assume all liability and take full responsibility of any and all damages physically or mechanically. Anyone who violates this rule, anyone driver under the age of 16 operating the golf cart may be asked to leave the premises without any refund and WILL be fined a $1500 a penalty. Damages and fines will be billed and due no more than 20 days of departure. The cart will be inspected for unusual wear and tear and excessive usage. It is a gas cart which has a delay and uses very little gas. Excessive usage is using more than 1/8 of a tank as its purpose it to facilitate transportation to and from the dock with specific purpose to families travelingwith elderly and small children to assist in transporting family and boating supplies. It is a motorized vehicle and should in no way be used as a toy.
11. Please respect the privacy of neighboring properties and refrain from trespassing or causing any disturbances.
12. Any violations of the house rules may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, and/or eviction from the property.
13. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.
14. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Please check with the host for more details.
15. Photo ID may be required upon check-in, along with a list of guests and ages of children.
16. Please indicate if you will need access to a covered boat slip.
17. Propane tanks are available at the nearby gas station/convenience store. Kindly refill them prior to checkout.

Great Weekend Trip
Property is exactly as advertised. Communication was great from owner, everything went flawlessly. Driveway was perfect for our trailer and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Close to twin creeks marina for food and the boat launch was barely one mile away. Highly recommend!

Lake family vacation
We had a great time at the lake and found the perfect home for our stay. The house was very clean and updated. Our host was extremely responsive and would check on us just to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed. This is the perfect place to stay for a couple nights or for a couple weeks. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality.

4th of July on the water!
This was our second time staying at one of this host’s properties, and honestly, they could not be more accommodating! We had an elderly couple with us and she left her golf cart for us to use to make their trips down and up from the dock easier. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you might need for a great stay! She even brought us an air pump for our tube. There are three levels, with lots of “sleeping” options which makes it so easy for families traveling together with children in different age groups. Foresha is so kind and responds quickly to any question/request! I’m sure our 3rd trip is right around the corner!

Absolutely incredible, wonderful place and host.

Bonnaroo Recharge
We worked the Bonnaroo Festival and used this location to go back to so we could rest and recharge for the next day. Highly recommend this property for peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Another wonderful stay!
This was our second year staying at this property and look forward to coming back again and again. Can’t beat the accommodations and easy access to the lake. We bring our boat so super huge plus to have a boat slip and the location on the lake is superb…nice and quiet spots for water sports or just cruising around. We made some minor recommendations after our stay last year and the owner made those changes which only took an already great stay to the next level this year. Can’t miss on this property!
