We have stayed here a number of times when in Windhoek. Great service, relaxed atmosphere, good food, central location, cold beer, secure parking, comfortable rooms and professional staff. Thanks a lot - had an awesome stay. Will be back!

Basic, clean, and sufficient for one night. Check in was quick, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well. I had to use my own toiletries, had to request towels (took about an hour for the hotel to finish washing them and bring them to my room), and noise travels from the bar area (so it may not be the best place for a light sleeper). But for the price, I was pleased with my stay. I did not eat on site or use the pool so I can’t speak to those things.

Very good and clean accommodation. The area is located in a good neighborhood and the food is very good at affordable prices. Friendly staff and friendly receptionist welcoming and professional attitude.

Room was clean. All I wanted was a warm shower and a bed. Unfortunately, I only got one of those. No Hot water in the evening or the morning. My friends’ room had hot water

We stayed one night at Klein guesthouse & loved our stay. The room was big enough & well-equipped. Staff was nice & helpful. We has dinner at the guesthouse’s restaurant & we loved our food. Menu had so many options ! Definitely a good place to stay at while in Windhoek.

Staff smoking at the entrance. Rooms /dining area look tired. No shampoo or face cloths. Reception area is unkempt, dirty and looks uninviting. Food for breakfast has a poor selection. Would not go back and certainly not recommend it.

Staff were friendly. Service in the restaurant was slow. Breakfast was poor as food was not replenished when finished. Had to wait at the kitchen while chef finished ONE pan of scrambled eggs for an obviously full- booked guest house. Room was average. In need of revamping and renovation. Bathroom was awful - drab with a disgusting bathroom mat, old, washed-out and thin towels, no holder except the shower step for my own shampoo and soap - no soap, shower gel or body lotion supplied. Bedding was clean and the room was cleaned every day. Unfortunately my three-night stay was also hugely marred by incredibly inconsiderate guests, either talking, shouting, or partying and playing music until at midnight each night. Walls were thin so I heard everything. Parking inadequate. Overall a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend the Klein Windhoek Guesthouse to anyone.

The rooms here are OK, though when we arrived there were no towels and we we had to ask for them. The pool was utterly filthy - nothing like it looks in the photo and definitely unswimmable. The location is in the middle of nowhere so you will need to get a taxi to go anywhere. The big plus was the breakfast, which was quite good.

The family unit has not been well maintained. There were many issues, some of which were resolved during our stay. The restaurant and bar are next to the unit and the noise goes on till the early hours.
