The hotel is dated but the main issues is that the cleanliness was below poor - dirtiest place I have ever stayed in and the (clean) towels had bodily stains blood and snott. The price is an insult for what you get. On a plus side the restaurant staff are friendly and food was good but considering the state of the rest of the hotel I would rather not think of the state of the kitchen. Would avoid and never return

I have often stayed at this hotel but this time I was very disappointed. In this hot weather the pool was out of action all weekend. The fan in our room was broken and we couldn’t keep the windows open due to the noise of the air conditioning unit outside . The shower rail fell down.
Breakfast was not that great and considering it had only been open for an hour every thing was rather dried up. I have emailed the hotel but not received a response. Such a shame as previous visits have been very good.

Room very comfortable, spacious and clean. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Service fine. Only problem was that we had to wait in the morning for the RAC because of a flat tyre and it was not possible to get a coffee after breakfast had finished until.the bar opened at 12. I would have thought a hotel with s swimming pool and gym could have had morning coffee available.

Great location for gigs at Blenheim Palace. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Only moan, no hair dryer in the room and the shower was a trickle. (Room 67)

The hotel looked lovely. Friendly staff at check I'm but when we got to the room it wasn't worth what we paid.
Bits of plaster was coming off the wall, bed was really hard, room was very, very hot and mould around the bath.
We used the swimming pool which was nice.
We wouldn't stay again.

Bookings cancelled, reservations cancelled, Christmas events cancelled. No thought for locals who were members for years. They sold out for money. Closed without notice. Avoid use Premier Inn in Witney.
