Das Zimmer war am ersten Abend eiskalt und die schlecht entlüftete Heizung hat es erst am zweiten Abend geschafft halbwegs angenehme Temperaturen zu erreichen. Zimmer wurde trotz "Bitte nicht stören Schild" betreten und gereinigt - dabei sind zwei Gegenstände verschwunden. Auch wurde die Zimmertür nach dem Betreten nicht mehr verschlossen und blieb somit den ganzen Tag nur angelehnt. Auf Beschwerde und Nachfragen bei mehreren Ansprechpartnern im Hotel tauchten die zwei Gegenstände dann am nächsten Morgen wieder auf. Das Versprechen, dass sich die Geschäftsleitung umgehend bei mir melden würde wegen einer Wiedergutmachung ist nicht erfolgt kann also jedem nur abraten dieses Hotel zu besuchen
