"The room was clean and well maintained, with plenty of towels, and the shared bathrooms were also clean. However, the hotel is located on a very busy road, and due to the single-glazed windows the noise level in the room was extremely high. In addition, the wooden floors make it very loud when guests walk in the rooms above. Unfortunately, despite using earplugs, it was almost impossible to sleep, which overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of the stay."

"The room was quite spacious, the bedding was comfortable, the place was clean and hygienic with a cozy layout, parking was very convenient, and check-in was smooth. This was the first hotel I stayed at in Australia, and it left a very good impression. We picked up our car after landing and came straight here without any problems. It was a great start to our independent trip in Australia, and we were very happy. The hotel even left some snacks and milk in the room, which tasted quite good. "Stayed for 3days room was clean went to make fold out lounge for son bed broken moved to new room but when it was time to sleep laying on bed was like laying on a hill laying head first pool was not heated got up to have coffee on veranda in the morning a the guy upstairs was smoking *** the smell was so strong told staff to be told that sum appartments are private"

"Here for business, overall a positive stay. Room was clean, luckily my room was far from the karaoke room and I had my ear plugs in so no issues for me. Didn't realise there was no cleaning service to top up coffee etc but ideal central location and parking facilities which is a bonus. Would stay there again."

"Rooms were clean and bright. Toilets although not ensuite were well maintained. Noice is a small issue as hotel sits at a junction and with windows opened,traffic is noticeable in the mornings. Otherwise a pleasant stay"

"The location is very strategic, kids love the room. Unfortunately, the Air con/heater just too noisy. Te good things is the room has microwave, which is very convenient."

"Friendly front desk, and the room was quite clean. Some tiny spots couldn't be completely cleaned, but I can understand that. It's next to a police station and a church, so it was quiet at night, which was really nice. Plus, it's close to a big shopping mall, and the room rate was very reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again for my next meeting."

The location is perfect—right across from the beach—and the views were beautiful. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a small family, and the kids loved having plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was great with lots of options, and the facilities were convenient and easy to access. My kids especially enjoyed the surroundings and the overall relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The location was excellent — close to the beach, cafes, and shops, making it easy to get around. Having a car was convenient since parking was available, which made our stay stress-free. Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for comfort, good value, and convenience in Wollongong. 10/10"
