The most hotel for family and friend to stay and the lovely staff for service

LOVE their deluxe room so much! Perfect layout for rest and work inside the room. We got the corner room as well, which is great. The additional mineral water was pretty pricey though, cost about 35k IDR for a bottle. Other than that, everything was perfect.

3rd time staying here, but my first time trying the superior twin room. The room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom's exhaust fan seems not working perfectly, it makes the bathroom feels humid. Facility wise, all good.

Room cleanliness was good. However my room seems to have a very specific pungent smell .. . Hmphhh.... Staff service can see that they are trying their best to keep you well accomodate. However the gym is super sad and small. Only one equipment and 3rd day here it was already broken... Someone broke it .. well it was badly maintained in the first place. No water in the gym room as well. Breakfast was considered on the nice side. 4/5 Hotel location is a bit far from malls and food access. Not walking distance at least. Still a lot of room for improvement... I am staying here just because it's near my work place

I’d say it’s a very standard hotel. The gym is extremely basic, the service is ok. The spa is just a massage place and completely overpriced. The AC was not working. The hotel is has a great price value balance but you only get what you pay.

Tempatnya nyaman cuma berada d tengah komplek perumahan, jadi bisa d bilang kos, krn banyak yg ngekos d sana juga. Pelayanannya ramah cuma agak jauh dari tempat perbelanjaan, jd siapkan mental untuk pesan makanan via aplikasi.

Our room is spacious and equipped with minibar and a sofa chair. The shower and sink works, but somehow they let out strange noise. Not very disturbing, but noticeable. The parking space for motorcycle could be better. Great service, the staff helped us to send a package from receptionist to our room. Kind and quick check-in & out too.

This is foreigner,'s view, not by locals. I have been 7 cities and towns throughout Sumatra and Jawa as low budget traveller's. And about same price ranged hotels, this one is most clean and neat. I'm not sure but I feel Surabaya is higher standard in Indonesia.

Washroom (lt 6 no.605) Cold AC There is a telephone but it can't be used There are 2 showers, 1 doesn't turn on and 1 is where the shower is and shakes so that when we turn on the water the shower shakes so it goes down There is very little variety in the food, chicken porridge and chicken soup every day...white rice...1 kind of vegetable...1 kind of side dish...noodles/fried vermicelli...fried food Papaya fruit but it's not fresh... pudding... water and water with lemon Fresh bread filled with seres, strawberry jam and butter.....coffee Just a suggestion for restaurant employees, don't look at the guests a little bit (from the attached photo window).....taking food to look at, especially with guys who are a bit fat....I stayed at Cleo for 3 days, seriously uncomfortable at breakfast Room service and reception are all OK
