Business friendly. Clean and things worked as expected. Friendly staff and management . Looks like a well managed hotel.  Breakfast is usually  included .  Will be a repeat guest

Hotel is worth it with price, menu breakfast in the resto much saverity and yummy, staff they are welcome with visitor, I left my watch in my room, and they were kind enough to find it and return it to me. Good choice if you stay in luminor hotel in Surabaya. View also good.

The Zest Hotel is a very wonderful and friendly hotel. I’m very happy with my stay. The staff, always smiling and ready to attend to your everyday needs. The restaurant on the 1st floor is very delicious and the employees there are always happy to serve you. Wonderful and delicious food. The room itself is wonderful too. The wifi works well and had no issues connecting to it. The bed is very comfortable. I got a wonderful view. Everything went well. I definitely will return next time. Thank you so much.

Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

Still the best. Please book the room, but don't forget if you want to book non-smoking, it's better to write it first so you get a share.

friendly service, 4 stars but at an affordable price. spacious room, there is a refrigerator. hot water works. The city view is really great

Washroom (lt 6 no.605) Cold AC There is a telephone but it can't be used There are 2 showers, 1 doesn't turn on and 1 is where the shower is and shakes so that when we turn on the water the shower shakes so it goes down There is very little variety in the food, chicken porridge and chicken soup every day...white rice...1 kind of vegetable...1 kind of side dish...noodles/fried vermicelli...fried food Papaya fruit but it's not fresh... pudding... water and water with lemon Fresh bread filled with seres, strawberry jam and butter.....coffee Just a suggestion for restaurant employees, don't look at the guests a little bit (from the attached photo window).....taking food to look at, especially with guys who are a bit fat....I stayed at Cleo for 3 days, seriously uncomfortable at breakfast Room service and reception are all OK

The room is small but comfortable. Cheap price includes breakfast. The breakfast is decent, the menu is varied
