I lost a towel from this hotel that meant a lot to me, given to me by my grandmother when I was a child. Due to my negligence, I left it on the bed when I checked out. Although we told the management on the afternoon of the day we checked out, they agreed to look for us. But I don't think they got a response from the cleaning company. All in all, I felt very frustrated after waiting for half a month. This is the great regret of our trip. Guests are also reminded to bring their belongings when checking out. Finally, I would like to say that the refrigerator of this room type operates loudly, which will disturb the rest at night.

The perfect place whilst my friend was an in-pt at the PA hospital.
Come out of the hospital after 8pm pick up some dinner at one of the many food venues
Being a single woman felt very safe with the short walk home. By the way the bed was very comfy and I had beautiful yiews of Brisbne city

Excellent service and the host is very warm and kind
The transportation nearby is quite convenient. There is a bus stop not far away and it is also very close to the supermarket. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city by bus.
Although the room is not too new overall, it is very clean and suitable for a short stay.
