We stayed over Easter long weekend, we never saw anyone at reception the whole time we were there so we couldn’t ask for anything (eg extra towels). One of the lifts was out of service so in busier times the wait for a lift was very long.
The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Great location to the beach and Redcliffe market. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Well fitted kitchen. Definitely will come back again.

The parking lot is not easy to find, but there is a temporary parking lot opposite the hotel. If you can't find the entrance to the hotel parking lot, you can park your car opposite and walk to the front desk to check in and find out the entrance to the parking lot.

The hotel we stayed in has an elegant environment, excellent location and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, neat and clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, making you feel at home. The location is very good. Great views and everything you need / want s close by.
The unit appeared a little tired.
The roll down blinds in the unit were in very bad condition, including mould on the blinds especially in the master bedroom. You didn't notice during the day but at night with lights on you can see the mould.
