I complained re bed but was told it had a mattress topper on it! I complained about cockroaches and ants and was told ‘that’s the tropics’ I live in Darwin n don’t have ants or cockroaches! Black hairs in bathroom after cleaner! Needs a good clean!

Nice location, close to the city. Friendly and helpful service at front desk, pool was lovely and clean. Maybe what would be nice is to spice up the place if the owners utilised the open top decking area and the spacious communal area for some kind of entertainment for the customer’s and permanent residents who live here. Rooms are ok for the price you pay for and a small oven would’ve been great. BBQ area clean as always.

This was better than we expected we booked a studio room and it had the facilities hot plate, large fringe , all the kitchen conveniences good bed and it was vey quiet at night. The pool was great we stayed for 9 nights and we will return to this resort next time we go to Cairns. The only thing is you need a car as it is approx 20 minutes out of town but for value you will find no better place.
