This is an excellent hotel with a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from the City Hall subway station. The ambiance is fantastic – it feels spacious and elegant, is spotlessly clean, and boasts excellent, well-appointed facilities. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and all services were impeccable. We had an early morning flight and couldn't wait for breakfast to open, so the restaurant thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us early in the morning and left it at the front desk, making it convenient for us to pick up when checking out. Five stars!

Service: the staff was so friendly, since it’s our graduation trip and the first time we visited singapore, we were so grateful that the rooms were upgraded and we had a great time throughout the trip! 

Environment: the toilet were cleaned and tidy, the soup smells really relaxing.

The staff are friendly and helpful, making me feel like I’m home away from home. Booked this staycation to do some work while celebrating my birthday. They prepared a small chocolate cake, along with a candle. The reception even helped me charge my powerbank overnight when I forgot to bring my cable. I love the beautiful corridors and immaculate mirrors, which allow for lots of photo taking!
The room is spacious. I like the little balcony and the huge desk space for working. The hotel lounge is quiet and offers some privacy. There’s also tables near the pools for working.
The swimming pools are very well maintained. The gym is particularly well equipped and clean (the cleaner was kind to wait for me to finish my workout at 1am before entering).
Would come for a staycation again!

The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!

Staying at Caravelle Saigon was an absolute treat. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of District 1, walking distance to the Saigon Opera House, Nguyen Hue walking street, and plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The rooms are elegant and well-appointed, blending modern comfort with a touch of classic charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the city skyline from the higher floors were stunning, especially at night.

What really stood out was the service — professional, warm, and consistently attentive without being overbearing. Everyone from the concierge to housekeeping made us feel genuinely welcome.

The rooftop bar, Saigon Saigon, is a must-visit — perfect for cocktails with a panoramic view of the city. Their buffet breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide range of Western and Asian dishes, fresh juices, and even made-to-order pho.

If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Saigon with history, style, and top-notch service, Caravelle is an excellent choice. Would absolutely stay here again.
